I am starting a fitness blog I want to be able to inspire and help women and men accomplish all their fitness goals. It can be a roller coaster but with drive, dedication and commitment anything is possible :) ....I want to share videos, interviews, diet help, pictures and stories from me as well as my friends family and fans ....Let me introduce myself . My name is Lacey Lynn I am a fitness model , diet consultant , personal trainer and figure competitor ... I am 26 years old and I was born and raised in a small town in Utah . I continue to live here chasing my dreams. I truly believe I will accomplish all my goals with a postive attitude constant effort and my undeniable passion for the fitness indestry :) I hope you will follow me and learn a few things along the way :)
